Check in devices and codes – Asoriba

CHECK IN SETTINGS

To check in;

1. Enter a new device name; Associate name to NFC/Biometric devices we provide ( example Main entrance/ Entrance 1/ Device 1)

2. Add device name.

( you can view the devices you added.

3. To create device profile/ check in codes.

i. Assign devices/USSD/ QR CODES to services and sessions.

ii. Choose a service/ session/ branch corressponding to the device you have chosen

iii. You can choose to use device (ie the NFC/ Biometric )

iv. You can also generate a USSD code that is special digit code given to members to record their attendance.

v. You can also generate a QR CODE that is used on the mobile app to record attendance.

4. Choose device name in the dropdown.

5. Create profile.

HOW TO VIEW CHECK IN PROFILES

I. Select device service and session to view your check in profile.
