How do i configure finance auto triggers

These are customised messages in the form of receipt/appreciation SMS or push notifications (to members who make donations) or redemption reminders (to members whose pledges are due for redemption).

To configure finance auto triggers;

1. Go to Reminders on your dashboard and select Auto Triggers 
2. Click on Auto triggers and select Auto tiggers again

FOR PAYMENTS:

• Filter and select ''Member Type".
• Proceed to choose the branch in "Selected Branch" dropdown and channel of payment in"Selected Source" and choose the category for payment in"Selected Category"

• Click on "Notifications" to choose option of sms/push message notification or both
• Choose your prefered "Template"

FOR PLEDGES

• Filter and select ''Member Type".
• Proceed to choose the branch in "Selected Branch" or "Group" dropdown "Selected Category" for pledge paymentand choose time interval for notification will be sent in "days".
• Click on "Notifications" to choose option of sms/push message notification or both
• Select your prefered "Template" and choose the Time you would prefer message to be sent
