How do i configure Attendance Auto triggers

 Configure automatic messages for member/visitor church attendance or absenteeism here.

To configure attendance auto triggers

1. Go to Reminders on your dashboard. 

   2.Click on Auto triggers and select Auto tiggers again

 

FOR MEMBER  ATTENDANCE

Filter to select conditions to move member from one group to another if the user attends specific services for a specified number of time

• Filter to select when a selected"Member Type" in a "Branch or Group'' is present to particular service(s ) for certain number of ''days'' should be moved to another "Group" or choose from the "Change Member Type" dropdown if you would want their membership type changed.
• Filter in "Notifications" to select type of message to be sent ie push/sms message
• Proceed to select "Template" and "Time" messages should be sent

MEMBER ABSENT ACTIONS

Filter to select conditions to send notifications to members when absent from church services for specified  number of times.

• Filter to select when a "Member Type" in a "Branch or Group''  is absent to particular service(s ) for certain number of ''days'' should be moved to another "Group" or choose from "Change Member Type" dropdown if you would want their membership type changed.
• Filter in "Notifications" to select type of message to be sent ie push/sms message
• Proceed to select "Template" and "Time" messages should be sent
