1. Go to Finance and Click New Transaction
2. Click on "Add New Contribution Category" to create a new contribution category.
3. Click on " Select Account" dropdown and select account contributions to go to.
4. Click on "Category Name" to add a name of the category you want to create.(eg Tithe or Offering)
5. In the description box give details about the category eg tithe paid in by church members.
6. Create category for branches in the drop down. (You can select all to create for all branches)
7. Create category for groups in the church. (You can select all to create for all groups in the church)
8. Check box to create for member contribution. (checking the box will record member details category)
Checking the box will give you another drop down option that gives you the choice to allow payments from the mobile app. check that box if you want to allow payments from mobile app.
9. Select Recurrence to show the use of the category if monthly or weekly or occasionally.
Click on create category to add new category
YOU CAN VIEW ALL CONTRIBUTION CATEGORIES ON THE MOBILE APP.
CLICK ON "ARCHIVE" TO HIDE CONTRIBUTIONS.
