CONFIGURATIONS

For Birthdays;

1. Check box to automatically send birthday wishes via SMS or Push Notification. NB; When you check both boxes members with the mobile app will not recieve the message as an sms but as a push message on the mobile app.

2. Select  member type in the dropdown to choose the member type you want to recieve the wishes in both SMS and Push Notification( eg for first timer or for new converts)

3. Select the time you want the wishes to be sent. ( eg at 5;00am )

  For Anniversaries;

1. Also check box to automatically send anniversary wishes via SMS or Push Notification. NB; When you check both boxes members with the mobile app will not recieve the message as an sms but as a push notification on the mobile app.

2. Select member type in the dropdown menu to choose the member type you want to recieve the wishes in both SMS and push notification.

3. Select the time you want wishes to be sent.

4. Save the configuration you have created.
