This section deals with members who have not redeemed pledges automatically receiving a message
1. Go to Automations and Click Auto Triggers
2. At the upper left corner, Click on Auto Triggers
3. Under Finance, Specify which member (Member Type), which Branch or Group, which Category under which the pledge was made, the number of days after which the message should be sent(days), how it will be sent (SMS or Push Notification), and which template
4. Click Save to set the trigger
5. To edit the configurations of this trigger:
a. Click View Unredeemed Pledge Triggers
b. Click the blue button at the end of the trigger to edit and Save the Trigger
c. Click the red button at the end of the trigger to delete it
