How To Set Ussd Menu Preference

1. Go to Settings and Click App Settings

2. Click Ussd App 

Now, tick the boxes which are applicable to you

• The first box  is checked by default
• Tick the second to insist that users complete their user profiles before performing any other activities
• Select the various member types to Show when Updating Profile
• Select additional fields to be captured when Updating profile
• Tick to approve USSD data captured automatically (This occurs in the CRM)

To Allow Giving on the USSD,

•  Tick Allow Giving box

To allow pledges on the USSD,

• Tick Allow pledges during giving

To allow members retrieve their giving history,

• Tick Allow members to retrieve their giving history

5. To allow check in on USSD, 

• Tick Allow Check In

 

6. To allow Altar Call on USSD,

• Tick Allow Altar Call
• Now, Select which member type should be assigned
• Now, Choose which group to assign member to
• Also, Choose which group to assign Rededicated members to

To approve altar call entries by default,

• Tick Approve altar call entries by default

7. To allow soul winning on USSD,

• Tick Allow Soul Winning
• Select Member Type to assign New Souls to

To approve New Soul entries by default in the CRM,

• Tick Approve new soul entries by default

 8. To allow Enquiries ( This field is ideal for displaying information which doesn't change over a long period of time)

• Tick Allow Enquiries
• Include text to be displayed

9. To add an Extra USSD Menu Item,

• Tick Add Extra USSD Menu Item
• Now Add the Item
• Include more details about the item
• Click Save Configurations
