How To Send Audio Calls

 1. Place your cursor on Communication and click on "New Broadcast"

2. Click  the first drop down under Type and choose Media as the Type of Broadcast 

3. Click the second drop down under Select Media Type and Select Voice Call(OBD)

4. Go on to select the preferred Branch(es),Target Groups and Member Types

 

5. You can either Record Audio from a device or Upload a Pre-recorded audio
